But perhaps the main thing that makes me at least not dismiss it, is that all of the criticisms I've seen--including what you and [info]easwaran are saying, seem so ridiculously obvious that I just can't believe that Bousso would not have spent a lot of time thinking about them.
I've seen the "wait, this paper can't be that stupid, it's written by [famous smart person]" objection fail too many times to find it reliable.
