ohhh coool! then i guess we're all in agreement to say that there being no services (no $650/month, no free food, etc) would be an even greater motivation ?
sorry if i misread the tone or intention, but it did seem like she was saying "I need even MORE from the government in order to get myself a job or live how i'd like to live - money for interview clothes and to pay my phone bill." but maybe my impression was wrong.
